Passwords can be reset from any single sign-on login dialog. If you have forgotten your password, follow the steps below...
From any single sign-on screen...
- Click "Manage your identity"
- Click "Recover your password"
- Enter your Official Northeast Email
- Select your preferred recovery method (by email or challenge questions)
Recover by email
This option is only available if you have previously entered a recovery email on the Identity Management Dashboard.
You will receive an email message to your recovery address with a link to reset your password.
This option is only available if you have previously selected and answered your challenge questions on the Identity Management Dashboard.
Enter the correct answers for your challenge questions and you will be prompted for a new password.
If you are unable to reset your password using the steps above, you will need to contact the Computer Center.
