When you attempt to login using Single Sign-On (SSO), you may recieve a 500 Server Error after entering your Email and Password.
This is a known issue. When a user fails to logout and leaves a session logged in for prolonged periods of time, their login ticket will expire. Instead of being redirected to login again, the 500 Server Error appears.
To login correctly, simply clear your browser's cache or close the browser and restart it.
